As the Canada Post strike continues, the RDKS is reminding residents that there are other options to make payments for utilities, permits, and any other fees.
This can be completed in various ways:
- Online through your bank's online banking platform (add payee Kitimat-Stikine Regional District)
- In person at your bank or credit union. Please use all 11 digits of your utility account number, or as it appears on your statement
- In person at the RDKS office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

If you sent a payment through the mail just prior to the strike, please contact our office to ensure it was received or to make other arrangements for payment.
