The RDKS is developing an Official Community Plan and a zoning bylaw review for Area C, also known as Greater Terrace. This includes Rosswood, Kleanza, Jackpine Flats, Lakelse Lake, New Remo and other communities.
We're hosting an open house on October 23 to share a draft version of the Official Community Plan, as well as to answer questions and listen to feedback from the public.
This event is specifically about the draft OCP for Area C, but all are welcome to attend. We hope to see you there!

Where: Thornhill Community Centre, 3091 Century Street, Thornhill, BC
Do you live in Area C? Take the community survey! Your feedback will be used to inform any changes to the Draft OCP and Zoning Bylaw before they're presented to the RDKS Board of Directors for further consideration. There will be paper copies of the survey available at the open house as well. (Survey responses are anonymous.)
